The General Programme

General Programme (GP) classes are held at many NKT-IKBU Centres. These classes provide a basic introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice that is suitable for beginners. They also include avanced teaching and practices of both Sutra and Tantra for practitioners with greater experience.
