Eight Steps to Happiness - with Prayers for World Peace

This course is based on the famous poem Eight Verses of Training the Mind composed by the Tibetan teacher Langri Tangpa and shows clearly, profound methods to generate a good heart and to attain permanent inner peace, transfoming difficult situations into opportunities.
Understanding the practice of training the mind, or Lojong, we will be able to change our mind and thus create causes for happiness and to eliminate suffering and we will find a source of happiness both for us and for those we love.

The course will be taught by nun Gen Kelsang Pelsang, Kadampa Meditation Center Mahabodhi Resident Teacher and Geshe Kelsang Gyatso´s books translator for Portuguese. Her extensive experience as translator and meditation teacher is a source of inspiration for students.
